The Role

The position will be the first point of contact for many of Elytraa’s potential customers, partners and colleagues and must portray a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate in customer service.

Elytraa’s Head office is in Stirling, however, the role is field based across Scotland and the North of England so the company is looking for someone based probably centrally in Scotland who is flexible and is available to travel as required. The business is in its infancy so the timing is great to join the business at this exciting stage and be a part of shaping it’s future.

Key Responsibilites

The key skills of a Technical Sales & Services Executive:

  • Research, identify and prospect new business opportunities in the territory
  • Lead product centric new business pitches and demonstrate products to an audience
  • Lead your own workload/schedule as well as supporting our existing non-technical sales team in the region
  • Maintain relationships with accounts once secured as customers
  • Take full responsibility for the day to day operation of the allocated responsibilities
  • Work with our CRM system to record all information

The Person

  • Extensive network of senior contacts across the automotive sector (franchised dealers, used car dealers, bodyshops, service centres) is essential
  • Experience of new business prospecting is essential
  • Extensive experience of automotive products in the following sectors is essential:
  • Lubricants
  • Additives
  • Tyre related products
  • Experience of bodyshops and paint related products is highly advantageous
  • Digital and “tech” savvy
  • Experience of HubSpot CRM is beneficial
  • A keen eye for detail
